These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Attestor.ai website and services (“Services”), operated by Digibator Oy (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using Attestor.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
1. Use of Services
- Attestor.ai provides decision-support tools, including AI-powered insights and integrations with third-party datasets (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, CVEs, CWEs).
- You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
- You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or use the Services for harmful purposes.
2. GPT Disclaimer and Limitations
- Attestor.ai provides GPT-powered insights via third-party providers (currently OpenAI).
- Outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
- Disclaimer: GPT responses are for informational and decision-support purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional judgment, independent verification, or regulatory compliance obligations.
- Users remain fully responsible for evaluating and acting upon outputs. Attestor.ai accepts no liability for decisions made solely based on GPT-generated content.
3. Azure Functions and Data Processing
- Some features use Microsoft Azure Functions to fetch cybersecurity datasets (e.g., technique IDs, CVEs, mitigations).
- Only technical identifiers are processed (e.g.,
technique_id, vulnerability_id). - No user-identifiable information is collected, logged, or stored.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Attestor.ai website, including text, graphics, and design, is owned by Digibator Oy or its licensors.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
- Users retain ownership of their own inputs (e.g., prompts) to GPT features, but grant Attestor.ai a non-exclusive license to process those inputs to deliver the Services.
5. No Warranties
- The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Digibator Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
- Total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed €100 EUR.
7. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Attestor.ai complies with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
- You agree not to use Attestor.ai to process personal data, sensitive data, or any information that you are not authorized to submit.
- You remain solely responsible for the security and compliance decisions made using Attestor.ai outputs.
8. Changes to Services and Terms
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time.
- We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Helsinki, Finland.
